30 day notice to cancel is not a customer oriented policy and very predatory policy keeping customers from ever wanting to do business again. Penny smart and dollar dumb. Will be forced to pay till end of May 2026 sadly.

I’ve been visiting from out of town and the gym itself is fairly clean and has a good atmosphere. My only complaint is the women’s locker room/ bathroom. It was also fairly clean but could use some updating. One of the hand dryers just doesn’t work and there’s no paper towel option. But the worst part was the lockers. I went through three lockers before finding one that didn’t have a broken lock and the ones that aren’t broken don’t line up well so be ready because part of your workout will be to close the locker just so that you can lock it and don’t over work your arms because they will also be very difficult to open when you’re ready to go home. I ended up just carrying my gym bag around with me when I came in just to avoid the hassle.

I have told the desk personnel 4 times the wifi isn't working. O e guy said the manager knows he needs to get a new modem, 2nd overtime e said she didn't know, she'd tell the manager same with the 3rd, and 4th one today same, I tell my manager. Have the time several TVs are not even on. TVs are how I take my mind off how much I hate exercise, so I can be distracted and get a good workout. Someone please tell the manager!

Great gym. Always clean. Lots of equipment. Staff anlways helpful. Even patrons are nice and have been respectful. Hydromassage, Red Light therapy, & tanning booth are all nice perks.

I’ve been a customer at 24/7 Get Fit Club for over a year, and while there are many great aspects to this gym, there are a few areas that need some attention to maintain its quality. First, the gym equipment is fantastic—modern, well-maintained, and great for all types of workouts. The staff here are also incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve never had any issues with management; they are professional and make sure things run smoothly. The 24/7 access is a huge bonus, allowing flexibility to work out at any time that fits my schedule, which is one of the main reasons I’ve stayed for so long. However, there are a few things that could use improvement. The restrooms need more frequent cleaning. I’ve noticed on several occasions that they could be better maintained throughout the day. Additionally, the water filter seems to need changing more often—it’s important to have fresh water available, especially for a gym that operates around the clock. Another thing I’ve observed is that the outside parking lot could use some attention. A little more regular cleaning would really improve the first impression when arriving at the gym.
